I Was On the Right Path Until I Read These Books…:(

My first two years of writing I racked up ~20 articles.

The problem was that I only wrote when I had concrete ideas. I learned this was a poor method through some successful writers whose habit was to just sit and write.

It didn’t matter if they had an idea, felt like writing, or had heard from the Muse all year.

They sat down and put in their 45-minutes to an hour of good, solid writing.

So I decided to try this method and my publish-rate skyrocketed.

In 2020, I had written almost an article a week, as opposed to 2 articles every 3-months the way I did in 2019.

When the COVID lockdown went into place, I gave up this habit for some reason. I’m not sure why, it was going great.

Now that I was stuck at home 24/7 (for what turned out to be about 3-months before I returned to work) I decided to order a bunch of books and read.

And read.

And read.

I have read more books this year than ever before.

But, I haven’t executed. There has been an overwhelming amount of input with very little output.

It has been great to learn, but learning doesn’t stick without doing.

The more I dive into a small community of online courses and e-books, the more I discover how many people got a big boost come COVID.

They executed, they took action and reaped the benefits.

Me? Just reading. And reading. Theorizing. Not doing.

I was on the right path until I read a bunch of books.

Time to get to work.

Don’t forget to Keep Going.

My first e-book, >How to Live Rent Free in 8-Weeks<, is coming October 2020. If you’re looking to eliminate your largest expense, this mini-course is for you!
